By submitting an order, you expressly agree to these GTC. We reserve the right to amend the GTC. The version of the GTC valid at the time of the order shall apply, which cannot be changed unilaterally for this order.

A contract with us is concluded when we accept the contractual offer made by your order by means of an order confirmation. The order confirmation lists all the essential contents of the order.

The offer is valid as long as it is visible in our online store and/or stocks last. The images shown are for illustrative purposes only and are not binding. The provision of all services offered is limited to the territory of Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Shipping costs are included in the price. Orders and shipments to and from outside Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein cannot be processed via the online store and require prior contact via e-mail. We reserve the right to refuse orders in whole or in part without giving reasons. In this case you will be informed personally and any payments already made will be
payments already made will be refunded. Any further claims are excluded.

In the event of delivery difficulties, partial deliveries and other problems, we will contact you directly by e-mail.

Liability for the delivered goods is limited to a replacement delivery. Claims for rescission of the contract or partial reimbursement of the price are excluded if we are able to provide a replacement delivery within a reasonable period of time. Objections due to defects in the goods can be asserted within 8 days of receipt of the goods.

We only record the data that is absolutely necessary for order processing and never pass it on to third parties.

For copyright reasons, sound carriers (as well as image and other information carriers) can only be returned or exchanged in their original packaging (sealed). This does not apply to incorrect deliveries on our part or manufacturing defects. The return must be made within 14 days, and we will only bear the costs for the return shipment in the event of an incorrect delivery or a manufacturing defect. We are available by e-mail to discuss the specific procedure for complaints of any kind.

Payment for the ordered goods is processed directly in the online store via our payment service provider Payrexx when the order is sent, and the respective amount is debited immediately. It is generally not possible to place an order on account or it cannot be processed via the online store and requires contact via e-mail.

Our activities are based exclusively on Swiss law; the place of jurisdiction is Winterthur.
